One of my local employers has an entirely legal policy of only allowing female staff to serve customers. Bull. Fucking. Shit.

Normally I wouldn't have a problem and I don't want a job there anyway. It just gets me that sexism is okay if a female business owner does it. If the owner of that bakery was male I swear he'd have had his ass sued off by now for limiting males/females to certain jobs.

I know a few women who want babies, but want a steady job firstly so they can get paid to have the baby. Soon as they sign a contract they intend to get up the duff straight away. They are very open about this. If your a small business owner this can be crippling. You gotta pay the woman while she is off having the baby and you have to pay someone to cover her job. I'll never employ a woman for this reason.

When I worked last for a company, the Secretary was hot as fuck and flirtatious, most of the guys in the office just spent half the day drooling over her and tryin to get into her knickers and did little work.

My ol man empolyed this girl about 20 years ago now.  Half tins of paint started going missing, she put in for a lot of overtime before we got a card clock thing, she got preggers, fucked off, wouldnt come back and then started on her own as one of our competitors.  My ol man is soft and still talks to this woman when we see her at exhibitions and shit, I wont have fuck all to do with her and turn my back on her and her dribbling husband.

Thats probably why my ol man is so bitter towards females in work.

Dads almost retired, so Myself, Sister and fella who been yur for 40 years run the place now.  We employ my Sis (39, had her kids, been here for 10 years) my Neice (wont be having kids, been here 1 year almost) and our secretarty started day I was born.

I been here 17 years so far (officially) but hope to have more kids, I do look pregnant but thats cos I been eating well.
