those animations only occur when a dreadnought enters siege.

they need to redo the turrets on all cruiser size ships and up anyways. example: the 425mm rails on the rokh look like the blasters on an incursus, not cool. i want to see some giant fuckin railguns on that beast.
aye.
you know how the racks on the topside of the drake are permantly open? i'd love for a)the racks to slide out, and b)missiles to actually come out of them, as opposed to the centre mass of the ship. thats just one example, at least with the last exp they sorted out some particle +ewar etc effects

well the problem with doing that is the missiles would have to do a full 180 in order to fire if your targets are behind you, so it would be really weird looking at the same time. maybe if the missile turrets rotated like the regular turrets.FatherTed wrote:

that could work, or they could arc drastically.
that being said, the drake (example) has racks on top and sides, havnt checked underneath but it may have them there too. so any racks with a solution would fire, if that makes sense.
already happens with hybrids i think?

it does, great effect i love it. before they do graphical changes they need to fix balancing first, mainly with the phoenix dread, various other stuff.FatherTed wrote:

doesnt do as much damage as the revelation or moros (not sure about the naglfar after its boost) plus it takes a bitch long time for the citadel torpedos to hit their target, wheras with the revelation and moros they hit their targets instantly (provided they are the size of a cap or a POS) plus the moros has a massive drone bay so its pretty much OP.Shadow893 wrote:

I believe they just gave citadel torps a boost in one of the last couple patches. Base velocity was around 750, and they increased it to 2700. That should at least help to fix the problem of other caps neutralizing citadel torps by just smartbombing them. Now they just need to boost the ridiculously slow explosion velocity so that caps can't drastically reduce the dps of citadel torps by just moving.seymorebutts443 wrote:

There are 8 bays on the sides. Just 7 missile slots Let them fix that first. + Raven? Kestrel? Damnation? etc. etc. where would the missiles come from.FatherTed wrote:

On top of that, missiles can arc 180% you'd just have to make them faster to compensate for a larger flight path.
Still unsure if I should resubscribe. I haven't yet.
