I'm sorry but after reading the whole article...what the fuck? A shrink ruled she's mentally competent, she obviously understands what is going on and is trying to use the system to fight it, so how is she incompetent? The only people who seem to think she's incompetent are the courts who seem really determined to separate this woman from her child.

The last time I read something about judges doing something like this. The judges were getting kick-backs for sending kids to prison or a court-ordered program. I hope this is not the case with her and possibily others.

As long as she doesn't maltreats the kid and isn't on drugs or anything, I see absolutely no reason why the child should not be with her.
