Anyone know one where it will automatically organize my Music/TV Shows/Movies? I hate having to go through each one and editing it.

@OP: try Media Portal or XBox MC. Alternatively, use Vista or W7 with Windows Media Center, and get MyMovies
Also, take a look at Personal Video Database.
For music, I prefer MediaMonkey.

I'm just importing my movies (~2TB) into Personal Video Database and its pretty good except its a really slow process since if you put in more than 10 movies or so at a time it gets errors. It looks really good and works well otherwise though, importing from imdb and movie poster as well as highlighting ones you said you havent seen.
