Evening everybody!

I have been having some issues trying to make my new ArmA, COD4/5 videos lately.

See I have Sony Movie Studio Platinum 9.0 and Windows Movie Maker. Now I have made all my movies with Windows Movie Maker. However, the transitions don't work, and now nothing works, when I want a title it all lags across and leaves a trail.

Now I just can't seem to get the time to study the 10 trillion page tutorials for Vegas 9. I was wondering maybe if anybody could just give me a good tut for the basics or does anybody know if there's a good video editing program other then WMM that's better but not so fu**ing complicated to where you don't have to do 6 years of college to learn.

Sorry I have to make this thread quick, if you don't understand anything please tell me, I really want to make new movies. I'm supposed to make a recruitment video for our clan and some other things I promised to do before WMM stopped working.

Finray tried to help me with Vegas 9, but...well...obviously it didn't work.

I'm an epic noob, please help me!

Try searching for tutorials on YouTube, I'm sure they're out there. To learn advanced editing programs like Vegas, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, you really just need to sit down and work with them. Once you learn one, you've basically learned them all. Practice makes perfect. The more time you spend using a program, the better you get and cooler stuff you can do with it. Don't expect to be able to sit down for 10 minutes and then suddenly have an amazing video

Oh but does anybody know how to reinstall WMM or how to fix it? It's a really nice editor once you get the hang of it.

WMM is shite compared to Vegas. I'm currently making a CoD4 FRAGSPECTACULAR so hit me up on Xfire mintsauce41 if you need any help, i'll see what I can do. ;d

Thanks for the offer, but I think something like this almost needs to be done using something like Mikongo or whatever it's called. So basically, without somebody there or showing you what to do it's pretty hard. Especially since I can't explain how I would like the results.

Granted WMM is shit compared to Vegas, but you can still do some nice movies with it. Just not with all the fancy editing and color changing. But is there any way to reinstall it or make it work?
