My sound has completely stopped working, its not muted or anything, my mic doesn't work. I've tested ipod headphones, they don't work either. I think its an onboard sound card, but its really doing my head in

Help please, could do with someone remote accessing so they could help

make sure you select the appropriate source selection (your onboard soundcard) in Win Audio settings. Reinstalled drivers yet?
