As enticing as the blasters are, it's not really a great idea to get into that kind of range. Rails instead.

What are you using it for? Missions?

If so, then with the AB and an overdrive then you should be flying fast enough to easily do level 2's.

If you're using it for pvp...........

dont rig anything below a BC for pvp, its just an expensive loss. Also, christbane, lava is making those ridiculous setups because he has the most isk out of all of us and likes to create epic lulz (smartbombing jita anyone?). he is quite successful at it.

Don't listen to either of the above teddy. Blarpy is a well known pvp ship, and assault frigates are fine when using those cheap rigs such as the one teddy has.

That said, your mids look kind of funky. Replace the shield recharger with a scram II for sure.

ed: I was looking at the eve-o forum and came across a blarpy thread. This looks like a good fit to base yours around.
