Yeah, snow here is ok, warm conditions though -2 to +4 C. It is actually a lot cheaper for people from Qld etc to just hope over to NZ. The snow is better there anyway most of the time. But the snow here is still great and a lot of fun.

The snow here is pretty weak, as Cheez said its just cold sand, with the occasional frozen hard patch to kill yourself on.

Perisher Blue, Thredbo, Mt Bulla, Falls Creek.
They are the only Australian ski grounds I know off. All south east NSW/north victoria.
