Well either make a difference and improve them or get a job from some company like Genelec that chooses quality over cheapo price.
If only Luxman still existed :'( Best consumer-level high-end amplifiers ever.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Depends on how you look at it. They were one of those "super exclusive" end user brands. They didn't have any mid-range stuff. Their solid state amps are usually referred to as some of the absolutely best sounding amps ever made in their class.

Messy workstations!

I hope that yellow lighting was just camera fail, because I couldn't stand handling breadboards in incandescent.

You weren't even remotely funny on any level, mafia. It was just blatant attention whoring without any kind of ground. Just get the fuck out of my thread already.

We have slightly yellow lighting, but it's mostly just my camera. It's got slightly over-saturated colours when shooting indoors.

If I may be so bold as to make a comment.

Ahem...

Freezer, go into electrical engineering, love. I swear it'll put you in the right direction. Hell, you could even get hired for companies such as Onkyo, Pioneer, Marantz, etc. to help design their receivers.

I was considering it, but there isn't really enough space in there for another PCB and transformer.

It's a very describing word that possesses great power.

Updated. Also, new updates come on top now. I don't get what I was on when I figured it'd be smart to have updates on the bottom.
