We should ban africa from the world
Population density and lots of engagement between European powers forced them to changed ala survival of the fittest. Empires that don't adapt fail and dissapear as footnotes in history. Rest of the world's Empires are isolated, so the bureaucratic system won't change.KEN-JENNINGS wrote:

There are 3 main factors with disease in Africa:
1) Climate: much of Africa is warm year round, perfect for the breeding of bacteria
2) Parasites and vermin: Africa has a wider variety of parasites and vermin than most other continents, perfect for spreading viruses
3) Mass graves: with all the death in Africa from famine, disease, and mass murder, the massive amounts of corpses resulting from it provide the perfect food for bacteria.
