I'm not having articfacts, the screen just shutters like if you hit your tv, the image would shutter.

I only get this when playing games, they happen every 5 seconds about. It's really annoying, I think my card is dying?
I'm thinking of trying the Omega drivers.

ATi HD2900XT PCIe


edit: I'm fine in any 2d application.
edit 2: It also sometimes freezes while playing, and I have to reboot.
edit 3: omega drivers didn't do shit.

Idle @ 81.5C
Under Load @ 92.2C

Isn't that overheating?

Found the problem, havent tested it but I'm pretty sure.

After checking my temps and seeing they were pretty high even on idle, I took my side panel off. Right after it went down 5C.
I looked at my fan filters and they were clogged like no tomorrow, there was viturally no air flow in the case. Cleaned them out, put them back in.

Now my idle temp is 69.4C compared to 81.5C

it works great now. Was just overheating
