Yeah, I get that the only way they could get this asshole in prison at all and registered as a sex offender was a plea bargain. That doesn't make it right. This asshole's gonna be on the streets by September (on my fucking birthday no less) and ready to go and terrorize another innocent child. Somebody should put a bullet in this guy's head.

There aren't that many people out there that have raped 4 year olds.

Hurricane2k9 argued that this guy had already "proven himself a menace to society", which seems to be the proposed justification. There aren't that many people in the United States that have raped 4 year olds, but there are plenty of menaces to society.

If you didn't watch the clip, the judge in this case had nothing to do with the sentence. This was a plea bargain arranged by the DA, defense, the family, and child advocate.
