Pimple (or whatever) Problem (a little gross)

After coming back from summer camp out in the deeps woods of East Texas, I keep getting these really painful pimple-like, um, pimples (for lack of
better word)that are super painful to the touch. They're a circle of red with a yellow-raised dot in the center, and oozes yellow pus and blood whenever you pop or squeeze it. Anyone have an idea what it could be, and how to treat it ?

One on my stomach, one on my left leg, and two on my right leg. Get bad nausea just touching the one on the stomach

Hmmm, could be hair follicle inflammation perhaps?
Whatever it is, you'd better show it to a doc and not ask about it on the net....(never really understood why ppl do it, hope they wont start asking here how to assist during childbirth...)

Boils are usually waay bigger and more painful than pimples. There's almost no way you'd mistake a boil for a pimple. Probably ingrown hairs like someone said.

they're a bacterial skin infection. much more serious than dirty pores. i'm sure there are all kinds of wonderful pictures online.

Thats probably true. I think its a boil now--but its odd that it came after summer camp. Who knows, but what now? Blow it open? Let it sit and wait?

Well if he's saying it's a boil than it is staph. Just wait it out until its ready then blast that sucker open. You can also probably get some type of Penicillin but that's way less fun. Those hurt like a mother fucker too. When I was in Samoa I got a few, still have the scars from them.

I should have italicized is to emphasize, as in "well if he's saying it's a boil than it is staph" - a kind of staph, maybe not necessarily resistant.

Go to the doctor.
If you choose to lance it the needle doesn't need to be red hot, just wave it through a clean flame (blue, not smoky yellow) a few times to sterilise it.

Never heard anyone saying he misses them. I glad they are over for me, at least in the form and numbers they were before.
