So, I am at war with a unreasonable customer who lives in the Bay area.

I have considered posting their name, address and credit card number on 4chan but that seems a little harsh.

Suggestions?

btw the dispute surrounds $910.00 in goods that they received but do not want to pay for and haven't returned. They reversed the charges on their cc number and I want blood. It's a long drive to file a small claims lawsuit.

In a harassing but legal sort of way, please.

I think if you posted their details on the net, you'd be violating the Data Protection Act, or something.

Going the legal way is the only way, or call the police and say it's theft, as it sounds like it.

I emailed them they have to return the product or I would do that and turn them over to a collection agency.

Still...doesn't have the shredded body feel to the suffering I would like to inflict upon them.

What happened was they over ordered a product that was made in a custom size and they want to return some of them. It states on my website that all sales are finale, but I offered to accept them for a refund minus 30% because it is a odd size and can only be recycled.

So they start in on how some are " Sub standard ". Fucking douche nuggets. I seriously kick myself in the ass anytime I deviate from my policy.

Every fucking time I go out of my way to do a customer a favor it comes back as a hassle. I understand better now why companies have heartless policies that they don't vary from.

Still, these sad fucks call with some issue that only I can solve and like a fool I try and help them. Stupidstupidstupid.
