The ghetto aint a problem if you're not a dumb ass. It's all about the low profile.

Congrats to Chicago for placing 4 within the top 25. I live in the 10th - 15th safest city in the country though. In general South OC is one of the safer areas in the country to live. This area would be number one I didn't live here. I'm one thugged out mofo.
Not a single DC neighbourhood = horseshit.
im surprised!mtb0minime wrote:

Hehe I went to School in the Grove, a.k.a #9 . Bars over every window, sounds of shooting some nights, and you pay with peso's at the local Pizza Patron . Oh, and I nearly got hit by a gangsta trying to go the opposite direction on Scyene in a police chase.

Back in the late 80's-early 90's I lived in a row house just about 1 mile from Church Hill (Richmond Va. #10 on the list.) It was indeed one of those places you really didnt wanna drive thru after dark.
One of the main reasons I moved to east Tennessee to start/raise a family.

i've been around that place in miami. Drove in that area in my friends truck which has big ass chrome rims on it, we ducked the hell down in the seats so the goons didnt see us white boys riding through the hood on rims lol.
