err..  I change monitor from CRT to SyncMaster 740B (LCD)

now I can't play BF2 but i can play another games

can you help me please ~

Have you got the resolution set too high for the new monitor. A lot of LCD monitors in the cheaper range ( not saying yours is ) cannot support more than 1024 * 768 @ 75 hz. An idea may be to put the old one back on, set bf2 ingame to low resolution and then switch to the new one to see if it's ok.

Just did some looking around and the Syncmaster 780B supports a max resolution of 1280 * 1024.

It would help if you could try to explain what happens when you try to start the game..

If it's down to image ghosting you might wanna return your synmaster monitor and spend a little more on a ViewSonic VX922.

I had the same problem when I replaced my CRT.  I had to delete my Battlefield 2 profile in My Documents folder, and Battlefield had to reconfigure itself.  It worked fine after that.  Hope that helps you.
