I had quite some Slovenian sambucca once. In the evening the Slovenians put it in a shallow glass, ignited it, poured it burning from one glass into the other and back a few times, cut the oxygen away with the second glass, forced you to inhale the vapours caught and then you had to shot it hot.iNeedUrFace4Soup wrote:

Phenomenal really and I guess because they burn it quite long, you can have a lot without getting drunk, though I know of at least one guy who doesn't agree with me XD

sambuca is used more for espresso though (romana is the best kind though, or luxardo)
that's about all i can really think of right now
edit: if you want real hard stuff, try grappa, which is usually just as strong or stronger than vodka, depends on the kind
