i cant believe my eyes...i jumped into the passenger seat of an apache chopper, this jerk off said BAIL OUT!  i said just fly, cuz ya know its WAR lets move this crap. he said last warning.. he flew me to the out of bounds line on the map and kept his seat inbounds and the timer started to count down killing me and leaving him safe and sound in the drivers seat.  what bull shit...  and if someone jumped into the drivers seat he shot them with the sniper rifle... his name was   "WTFOMGhaze999"  i hate you haze eat chit.  so my change to the game would be that if any part of a vehicle went out of bounds anyone in the vehicle should perish...right?

next map there was this fuckin asshole that had an enemy tag above his head , but to my surprise when i shot him it said teamdamage... he was hackin .. i cant tell if anyone else could tell what side he was on.. i dont know how he did it but thats agravating. and he sat next to one of our flags like he was cappin it and because he was on my team he couldnt change the flag but he looked like an enemy ... please help me to figure this crap out... how do you prevent this... his name was  "DirtyWyatt"    i have screen shots of both a-holes doing this crap what can i doooo!!!!!!!!!

No solution for the first issue, like your idea though (That everyone dies)

Number 2 wasn't his/her fault.  Do a SEARCH on name tag bug, it's an issue with the software coding (i.e An "undocumented feature" as the software engineers at my work say)

I played against this dude tonight on Karkand "WTFOMGhaze999". Dude loved doing jihad jeep to everyone.  I told him that takes skill ya know!   So this dude killed me like 3 times doing this. No biggie to me, just kept on truckin'!   

So, he ends up either gettin kicked from the server or gets disconnected.

3 minutes later I see a simliar tag "WFTOMG....." This time this guys a private, I see him do the same thing. I was like you're baaaack.   He got me once more, but I end up getting him at least 4-5 more times  

So, I  can get and idea of what type of player this dude is.    Just forget about it and find another server. No biggie. Unfortunately, him flying you in the "O.B" area isn't against any rules

You cant do anything. People are assholes like that. Just pop a nice rocket up theirs the next time you see them. For the second one look at the skin before you shoot.

mmm....question is,

if we see the teammate RED , how do the enemy see him? as an friendly from far away? if so, i'll bet people are going to try to get his name tag red, and that can be considererd glitching.

On the first one, did you try switching seats in the helo?  If you do not know how to do this press a function key while in a vehicle an dyou switch position.

The second one seems like the red/blue bug issue.  Do a search on the forums if you want to read flames... I mean more information about this issue.

And this is a game glitch it happens to a few times before, come into the game and im a private,no weapon unlocks ..nothin , so it isnt a hack.

i had the second issue happen to me alot
one of my 'teammates' was actually an enemy soldier but i didnt shoot (i was a lil confused) and he took me out.
needless to say i was pissed.

Flying out of bounds to kill the gunner is being seen as against the ROE using this rule:

§2.3 You may not deliberately hinder your own team or acting in such as way as to cause team mates unavoidable deaths or team losses.

Clarification on this guys;

The Moongamers admins were perfectly within their rights to kick the player for going to the edge of the map to kill his gunner.

While this action does not register as a TK nor is the action of an admin in restricting a players role, rule 2.3 is quite explicit:

You may not deliberately hinder your own team or act in such as way as to cause team mates unavoidable deaths or team losses.

As for punishment... I think anything other than a kick or ban is probably a little harsh.

someone just did this to me.  jumped in the gunner seat of a bomber on fuche pass and he was hovering near the punish area. told him to fly and he said no. wasted about 3-4 miniutes of the round until he killed me and then picked up his mate.  told him how sickening people like that are.  the 2 of them kept the heli for 2 rounds, what diference does it make if its your team mate in the heli with you??  these people are such losers. 
his name had the phrase l33t in it so should have seen it coming.

did you have voice? would you have joined the pilots squad so you could voice with him? are you good with the TV missles? can you hit a heli with them?

just asking. maybe the guy he was flying with had voice, was in his squad, and could fire TVGM's well.

Ive had a pilot TK to have me as gunner (didnt ask him to, btw, he just kinda did it and told me afterwards).

Unless you are willing to be a good Gunner, dont even try to sit in the pilots seat. if a pilot and his gunner have a good thing going, dont screw with it.

some of my better games, point was and fun wise, were as a good gunner for a good pilot.

yes i can hit a heli with tv missle. yes i have voice and on the very rare occasion i manage to get to be gunner I usually join the pilots sqaud so i can respawn at the same location.
The round had just started so even if they had a good thing going from previous rounds maybe it was time they gave other people a go?

What bugged me was the pilot didnt even take the time to see if i could gun he just instantly tried to kill me.  I could have been the best gunner in the world but he was more concerned with having his friend along.  theres a limit number of vehicles on some maps and you should share them.

no the guy was just teamkilling and being selfish. he didnt have anyone spawning into the passenger seat... i checked the kill board when he died in the chopper he was alone.. and yes im a proficient killer in any seat. owell. i wish i could have switched seats with him and did it back . but im sure ill see him on the end of my scope some day.. thanks for the awsome replys guys.. kill you later..
