Same here. Sometimes I'll wake up in the middle of the night with the most fucking intense pain in the muscle at the back of my lower leg (the area at the back, just below the knee). Any movement is insanely painful. Heh, I remember that happening one time.. then next thing I knew I woke up in the morning on the floor. Getting my eyelids operated on while im awake, my eyeball muscles are numb so they could clean up any blood on them by just wiping it.
All these teeth injuries. I have two crowns from my fighting days... they were not that bad. Nothing like kidney stones at least.

Worst long term pain would have to be getting my tonsils taken out. Two straight weeks of pain coupled with near starvation cause eating hurt more than the hunger.
Worst short term pain was probably taking a 90mph baseball to the forehead. Some how I didn't get knocked out, but I wish I had.

Worst over all was when I injured my shoulder playing baseball. I don't really know when exactly I injured it, or what I did, but there was a stabbing pain in my shoulder/back everytime I tried to throw for six months. The pain is gone now, but my arm and shoulder have never quite been the same.

Broke a rib while trying to loosen a bolt (brake caliper) on a '77 Ford Tbird. I was trying to change my brakes, damn bolt seemed like it was welded on. I was sitting down, put my leg up against the wrench, and ended up with my knee at my chest, pushing the wrench to break it loose. Well my rib gave way before the bolt. I don't know if adrenaline kicked in or what, only later did I realize I had broken a rib. I did manage to get that sob loose.
Broke the tip off my C7 vertebra, I had pulled a muscle in my back about two days before, and all I did was bend over to look and see if I had a Chef Boyardee pizza in the kitchen cabinet. Neurosurgeon said the muscle must have wrapped around the tip of the bone, and when I bent over, CRACK!, it sounded like 10 people cracking their knuckles, and then someone shoving a knife in my back. FUCKING SUCKED. My buddy was going through a divorce at the time, wanted me to go clubbing with him on the weekends. Bad part of that was, it was winter time, and the jacket I had at the time, was a pullover. It was all I could do to get it over my head. Doctors gave me Lortabs, and a damn heating pad was more my best friend, than the damn pain killers, THANKS DOCS! Bone fragment is still in my neck area, doctors won't take it out, unless it gets into my spine. GREAT! Doesn't bother me for the most part, but every now and then, it's all I can do to even turn my damn head to the left.
Appendicitis, no further explanation.

gas. stuff in my stomach not agreeing and having a diareha and gas attack from not shitting enough.
like if i game for too long too many days in a row ill get the most terrible, exploding, pain that makes me wanna puke and pass out because i guess my system slows down and gets backed up.

Back in primary school we were practicing rugby dives on a foam mat. When I landed my left pinkie caught the mat while I was moving forward and snapped back. My dad reckons I probably dislocated it and put it back in at virtually the same time. Next thing I know I'm stumbling across the hall and then a few seconds later blacked out and collapsed. Vision went all red and yellow after that until I stuck my head between my knees.

fixes it.
Probably when i thought it would be a good idea to jump off a ladder to grab hold of an engine hook suspended in my uncles shed. Missed and the hook went straight through one of my hands and left me dangling with my feat 4ft off the ground. It was on a big farm so it was 20mins before anyone heard me shouting and screaming. Was very lucky. I was only 13 so it healed well. Didn't go through any major veins or break any bones. Was just very fucking sore!
