You pretty much have full access to their entire library, so long as you keep subscribed. As for the "to go" plan, make sure your player supports the format first. DRM protected, but there are ways to get around them.
I'm still on Rhapsody because I'm still on the old pay plan. If I had to start over, I'd go the Zune route. Although $15/month, you basically get 10 free non-DRM songs a month.
