But in this clip Steve Ryan of Channel 13 Action News doesn't given an inch when a bulbous out-of-towner in a polo shirt starts messing with his shot.

If they're filming in a public place I'm pretty sure I have a right to be in the background. What the guy was doing was a little obnoxious, but the guy could have just asked him to go away instead of hitting him.
