We're what? Tuesday and I'll get in only this Friday.
The bank, the notary, the real estate agents, they all take so loooooong to do their @?*?%#@?~°>* jobs!!!

I'm still happy because pieces are falling into place and it's only a few days to finalize everything.
Well not exactly.

It has been only 3 days that I can confirm that this house is really mine.
So no address changes are made yet, packing is mostly done, just left with the cubbard and small furniture to take appart.

They announce rain most of the day, its sunny right now and I hope that it will stay like that.
I have a friend, my father and one of my son to help me. My bros will only join me later after work.
So 2 pick-up and a trailer. I'm rushing to buy tarpaulins so I can cover everything if it rains too much.

What am I missing...

Oh yeah beer and trash can bottoms... I mean pizza

I'm pulling the Internet plug in a few moments and will only see ya guys, only god knows, when I will be hooked up again.

Keep the posting good and fear ATG ban motions when drunk...

Haha Jean, that's crazy... the last time you made a thread, you had just sealed the deal on your house - right - and I had just signed the contract for mine.

Your moving day is coming up... mine is tomorrow . Sorting out utilities and bills at the moment, such a headache!

Yep the deal was done and all but I was still missing my money to change all the mortgage titles and all and all.
God that's a lot of work but it's finally done.
Oh from that thread you're referring to, I remember a guy who was saying "Good luck with that" about getting my money.
You devil's advocate, don't do this again OKAY!!!

I had to move twice, grrrr!
Under the rain twice also; dble grrrrr!
I had to get out for July 1st because my appart was rented and I had to drop my stuff to my bros place, my elders and my real estate agent too! 3 places to drop furniture it's no fun.
And then move again on July 3rd to get into my house after dinner.

Went at the notary to get my money back from my ex on July 2nd. Then drive to the City hall of St-Jerome to drop the change of title request to go again at the notary the day after (3rd of July) to buy my own and finally seal the deal wiht the BIG STAMP.

I had a week of vacation scheduled and it was good that way.

However I'm in now and all is above what I expected. No house is perfect but the work I have to do is minimal.

At Shem;
Clean everything with Javel water! and put mouse traps around or instead ot the traps buy a cat.
Was that house empty for a while?
