I'm gonna go get SF in my lunch break, I already have Bf2 patched (incrementally) for 1.22 and need to know if i'll need to reapply the patches i have after the install?

I did search for this type of question but i couldn't see anything specific to this issue.

Good question. I think it will lead to some issues if you install SF after you´ve patched BF2 to 1.22
Will lead to some messages like: "this server only allows unmodified content" and stuff... Install BF2 again, then SF, then do the patches.

You have to repatch after you install Special Forces.

Thanks guys; it sounds like a clean install is the safest bet.... grr there goes a good hour of playing time! I suppose now is a good time to do it though as i should get promoted next time i play... ker-ching!

you don't have o reinstall, just patch the game to 1.22 after you install SF.

Well i did reinstall, and it works fine (so far at least) I also got my new unlocks... mmmmm L95a1
