So whats your favorite add on so far?  Anyone else excited about mothership zeta?  Not excited?

Here's my list..

1. Broken Steel : Seemed to me to be the longest and it also added lots of story stuff as well as raising the level cap...

2. Lookout : Quests were kinda short but its very large area wise and also had the coolest stuff (like the sub and bog trip)

3. Pitt : Cool premise but short as hell.  Wasnt too much you could do afterwards....

4. Anchorage : Pissed me off

5. Mothership zeta : Dunno what to think... but its fallout 3 so I'll get it nonetheless

For the stuff/loot: Operation Anchorage. (indestructible T-51b ftw)
For the story: Broken Steel.

Apparently MZ will have the best loot so I'm pretty pumped for that. Plus, you get to spacewalk.

The Pitt for fun, Steal obviously for adding more leveling and continuation.

Although I like the goodies at the end Anchorage seemed like a cop out. Have Point Look out loaded but have not played.

I'm awaiting the PS3 Fallout 3 complete collection, due out later this year.  I'll reserve judgment until then.

I agree with the point about the Anchorage loot, they just dump all the shit on you at the end of the thing.

I can't even make it through Anchorage. It freezes part way through every time. The Pitt was pretty good, but the ending of it was... useless. Nothing to do once it's beaten. They could at least let the area continue to run or something.

Well, a few things. Your skill level for certain kinds of weapons matters; small arms vs big arms, etc. Also, the condition of the weapon mattered... the better the condition, the more accurate.

Finally, all weapons naturally have a scatter pattern; no bullet will exactly follow the course of the previous one. Not sure why this was done, maybe to make it a bit more real (as I'm sure you're not holding a gun totally still as you shoot).

When you first start playing you have low skill and badly damaged weapons; try again now. I like using the Chinese Assault Rifle because I can use it effectively with or without VATS.

But VATS is just cool... following the bullet from a rifle as it slowly makes a Ghouls head explode.. very fun.

On PC: Install "Games for Windows Live" and then navigate through there to add "points" (i.e. money) to your account and then purchase whatever add-on you'd like.
I'm sure the procedure is similar for the 360.

Just throwing this out there...anyone got a fallout 3 broken steel download code for the 360 that I could possibly use?

Didn't think this was thread-worthy so I figured I would put it in here....

I really don't think you're gonna have luck asking people you don't even know to just give you something worth $10.

That being said, it's only $10, and very worth it.

Yeah, that's why I said "Just throwing this out there" and it didn't hurt to ask...

But since you said its worth it, I might actually pay and give it a go.

I did null vote because I wanted to see the results and I have none of them yet. Planning on getting the GOTY edition to get all of them.

So, Broken Steel then.

When (if ever) they come out for the PS3, I don't think I'll be able to afford all the DLC's.  So since Broken Stell seems to be the obvious favorite here, what other one (or two, max) should I buy?  My friend recommended BS and The Pitt, and Point Lookout assuming I can buy a third.  Does that sound about par with everyone elses favorites?
