A cuppa-soup usually tides me over. Although on certain occasions I pretty much eat everything in the house.
I make a toastie. If I want something lighter, I go for some yogurt or cereal.

Oh yes, in case anyone cares what I made last night, I did some cheese toasties, but then I thinly sliced two mushrooms and layered them over the cheese so they cooked in in an awesome and most delicious manner.
