I think you need to play sf once to be able to unlock the sf weapons. did you ever play special forces on your old account and did you have the P90 and the new sniper rifle then?

THe p90 and l96A1 are Tier 2 Unlocks... You need SF to be able to unlock them eventhough they arent SF unlocks..... Maybe you can Unlock them if you have Euro forces as wel?
If you have never had the P90 and the sniper rifle then I think you can't get them now either. buy SF

All you have to do is have one at least second of gameplay in SF and you will forever be able to unlock SF weapons, on any computer, whether it has SF installed or not.
