He also avoided the frat brothers lawsuit holding because the judge pointed out that the boys comments were, although drunkenly made, they were known to be drunk because footage was shown of the guys drinking heavily.

It's like saying "But I was drunk when I said that, you can't air it" with the response being "People know you were drunk so it can't be taken out of context."

He is funny but so highly overrated it's nauseating.

There's a difference between laughing at yourself, and having millions of people laugh at you worldwide.

Don't worry, most of these cases are laughed at by judges and dismissed en masse. Cases like the Borat / Bruno ones are a waste of the courts time, seeing as though they signed agreements to appear on film 'as is'.

He said one time that he has had 14 close calls (letterman?).. granted I think we are talking about hundreds of attempts. I remember when he was punched..lol
