Quick question about laptop RAM

I need some laptop RAM, 533mhz, not 100% sure on which stuff is right, can someone tell me what the stuffs called?

I'd type my pc specs out all fancy again but teh mods would remove it. Again.

Its the smaller stuff, looked earlier and found about 4 different types. None said they were for laptops though.
