Among the most-improved cities were Alexandria, Virginia; Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky; and Arlington, Texas. Oddly, five out of the ten most improved cities versus last year were in Virginia (Alexandria, Hampton, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and Richmond).

Here are the lists of safest and riskiest driving cities:

I mean you have different kinds of craziness. For example you have India crazy, which is because there's so many vehicles and all of them barely following any sort of traffic laws. Then you have Italy crazy which is probably .....the same except less cars... Then you have like, Brazil crazy which is simply crazy because someone will shoot you in the face and steal your car if you stop at a red light. Then you have Iraq crazy which is basically getting blown up whilst sitting in traffic either because the car next to you blew up or because someone put a bomb in your car and made you the bomber.

Then you have UK crazy because of all the chavs drink driving with their Vauxhall Novas whilst also high.

And Japan crazy because Japan.

Italy is crazy because it has traffic laws, but they make no sense.

Italians drive like crazy because they don't care about the driving laws. I'm probably one of the few people in Rome who stop at the stop signs.
Even if the police is right next to them the police doesn't give a shit.
In italy its law that you ahve to wear a helmet if you are driving a scooter, but in naples nobody wears them; and the great thing about it is that even if you see thousands of scooter drivers without the helmet driving by the police, the police doesn't do anything they are just like "meh..."

I remember driving down I-5 through L.A. in the piss rain.

People were still doing 20 mp/h + the speed limit following each other 10 feet away. You couldn't see shit with all the mist and rain.

There was an accident about every 1 mile. Two Rolled Semis, 6 car pile ups, cars into the wall, and numerous other fender benders. Fucking dumb asses need to learn to drive in the rain.

I didn't think the drivers in Italy were necessarily bad, just crazy. The scooter drivers are especially fearless. I've come back from Italy a different pedestrian.

Oh and yeah, the police in Rome really couldn't give a shit.
