kk my first is:
For the war college ribbon, you need 3 win:loss ratio, but what is a win:loss ratio? isnt it i lost 2 and won 3? (example)

2nd:
When you start BF2, theres EA games challenge everything and all, then there's a vid, and you see a AT guy killing a tank in 1 shot... is that actually possible or is it just EA wanting to make the game look easy?

A 3:1 win/loss ratio is when you have 300 wins and 100 losses, or anyother combination that forms a 3/1 ratio. You also need 50 hours as commander along with the ratio to get the badge.

Yes, killing a tank with one shot is possible, there is a sweet spot on all armor.

i have done it before u either climb below it and boom or hit it in the back or rightunder the turrent.  and for the first one it would have to like 30-10 or 900-1

umm...if you watch the video real closely when the tank 1st appears its undamaged. but when the at soldier shoots its rocket at it look at the back of the tank and it is smoking. so the tank had alot of damage on it so yes that 1 rocket would kill it. but like someone said there is a sweet spot where only 1 rocket is needed on a full healthy  tank but its quite difficult to hit. espcially when moving.
