Yes, and it's even more popular to have routers, switches, and wireless access points combined as well; those are all 'separate' devices.

Although, it seems you'll find the same page on a combined unit if you go to your default gateway, the router's LAN address.
Cheez, different routers have different addresses. It could have been any address on your list except 192.168.1.0 because that would likely be the network number, unusable as an interface IP.
