SoundBlaster XFi Install help

I am trying to install their Creative Console Launcher 2.61.09 and it keeps asking me to insert a disk from their file layout bin... As I have no disk... wtf should I do? Any body with XFi's or Soundblaster can help out here?

Have you tried removing all your current sound drivers and starting clean?

Select your sound card from the list, then download the appropriate 64-bit compatible driver.

It's not a matter of the drivers... The installation keeps asking for a disk.

Edit: I did download from the official creative site... So yeah...

XFi's suck. If I ever lose my CD I'm screwed, because no matter what file I download, none of the ones on their site work with my XFi.

You have to go through a certain procedure so you can be able to enjoy your creative products. I heard some do rain dancing before thinking creative.

X-Fis don't suck. Mine worked flawlessly for a year and a half until I sold it. Never installed drivers from CD.

there are not just Creative and Asus that are making sound cards Seriously its sad to see people only consider these two card brands while there are other so many other, better options available.

at all price ranges, some a lot more affordable than what X-fis and Xonars
