Probably a bit different then what you are thinking.
THis is a video I thought I would share of me and my fiddling group (jokingly named CC and the fiddlestix). My brother Henry (goes by h4hagen on these forums) is in the blue T-shirt playing Violin, I am wearing greyish black playing Viola next to him.
