I always have a knife on me in an easy place to pull out (and pull hidden) on my belt and it comes off real good. Would it have been a crime to rip that guy's throat out? It would be self-defense. And if you did that and ran away would it be bad? I just don't know how the law stands on these issues.
Edit: I skateboard too, I don't dress like that guy but I certainly am not a faggot and his clothing doesn't classify him as one.
He was very lucky to have not gotten shot though. But his friends should have killed/seriously wounded that guy by bashing his head in with the skateboards.
