I've came across the city council hearings for Los Angeles on cable TV once. There's frequently a guy with a goofy hat and massive dreads and fake bling and constantly rambles and attempts to keep it real with the city council folks. Can be pretty entertaining sometimes.

Dude I know what guy you are talking about. He's fairly infamous in Southern California politics. I can't remember his name right now, but he's kind of a homeless advocate. Some people love him, some hate him. I think he actually ran for LA City Council recently too.mtb0minime wrote:
