OK, I'll admit this: the only actually good looking part of the new Ferraris are the rear ends. The fronts and sides, though ... yuck. You can definitely tell where they borrowed some styling from the Alfa Romeo 8C. But then you have to remember that they were all designed in Pininfarina.

Honestly, though, the hottest super cars are being made by Jaguar, Aston Martin, Lotus, Pagani, Bugatti and Koenigsegg (in no particular order). Anything else just looks like shite.

What, what? The rear is what they screwed up here. The 430 has a beautiful behind and it gets replaced by this which, as you said, is severely influenced by the 8C. Matter of fact, now that I look at some more pictures, the 430 had a very pretty front as well, so it's by far better looking than Mr. Newjack Ferrari

Meh ferrari's have gotten increasingly ugly in the past years... last decent looking one was Marenello...

And this one (from top view at least) is a complete ripoff of Lambo's Gallardo

And YUCK @ those rear side hips

It's not that bad, but definitely not how a Ferrari should be. Clarkson once said something spot-on about them; they are considered beautiful because they are... Ferraris. They set the standards for a beautiful car every time they make one, because of that badge on the front. And then people blindly follow them cuz hey, it's Ferraris' newest creation!
The point im trying to make here is that Maranello, conscious of the above psychology, has given up trying to build a classy, innovative, sexy, italian-curved car and went for the easy way of building a "nice' car; over-dramatic, emphasized aerodynamics, and endless copypasta from other companies (as people quoted above, the rear looks very much like the 8C).

My two cents.

Looks like a cross between an F430, Pagani Zonda, Alfa 8C and Masseratti GT.

Ferraris are cool, but I've never been a '430 fan. This is much better imo, but the 599 is still the best car in their current line-up.

And guys, don't rage too much about this - remember how the California turned out to be MUCH better than what we saw from the early pictures?

The F430 is the only Ferrari that looks decent in my books. The 458 looks ok, but the front grill looks horrible and the rear end is a little off.

Ive never been into cars, I se them as A-B and thats it really. However, if I could afford it outright Id buy one of these Ferrari's or if I was given one I would happily drive it. Some cars are ugly, this one isnt. It might not be as pretty as previous but who cares that much?
