Problem with creating a online account.

Background info: I fairly new to the BF series games(so bear with me if I sould newbish) and this is my first post on this forum.I actually bought my retail version while I was in Taiwan(multi-lingual version).

Problem: When I click on Multiplayer/Join Internet/Terms And Agreement/Creating Account...it says account name and email account are already in use.The one time it did work(finally),it came up with the "creating account" screen and just freezes there.I've already created a couple of email accounts and no more ideas for different names...whats up???

I have WinXP Pro Sp2 with Windows Defender,firewall(sp2),and AntiVir running.Do those interfere?

Please help

Hey i had similar trouble myself so don't feel bad. Try disabeling your firewall protection when you create your account. That should get you going or at least eliminate one possibility. As long as your user name and password are not being used you should be smokin or asses is no time...

Really?I didnt think the SP2 firewall would conflict?I was using ZA originally.

Okay I disabled everything(AntiVir,Firewall,etc..)I created another unique email and sn...this time it worked...but its still frozen at the "creating account" screen

good enought system tha tused to happen to me on single player when i got this game for christmas, i put it in before i was done with all my other gifts but, still i have to upgrade graphics card, and i put more ram into it it help alot i can play it now. If dat aint it i donna what

I have a A64 San Diego @ 2.3GHz,Leadtek 6600GT pci-e,1GB DDR 400 PC3200 RAM
