I just wipe everything and re-download the programs I need (BF2 [TORRENTZ FTW], Windows Live, Xfire, Vent, Winrar, Daemon Tools ect...

I only have games on a separate drive. Essential software is backuped on primary drive along with OS that way I can explore and install new software and when theres too much junk installed I just run backup procedure and in matter of minutes its like I would do a clean install + software.chuyskywalker wrote:

I have a server running, which has images of all the machines in my house (not its primary role, but it's very handy). Doesn't take long to reimage over gigabit ethernet....
I do reciprocating backup across the network using xcopy /M /E /C /Q /H /R /-Y for regular files (docs, pics, music, etc).
Any development software vital for work is on a VM (which copied less frequently because of its size). Any source is sitting in a remote SVN repository.
