When you're drinking 18 year old single malts then it's really just down to a matter of taste, all are pretty much fantastic. As for myself I settle for Famous Grouse since I'm a poor student chap.

@Ty - i've seen that on the store shelf, i'll try it. i did see a twenty-one year old Glenlivet for $110 lately, and i hope one just like it is there around Christmas time. Anyways, the eighteen is like liquid caramel, and i only drink it two fingers at a time.

My current collection includes a lovely 18 year Glenfiddich, I did have a bottle of Oban( but just finished it off ). Blend wise a 12 year Chivas Regal and a bottle of Johnnie Walker Gold label, aged 18 years and worth about 50 quid... Not opened it yet going to save it for a few years!

I also have a small bottle of bells which l'll chuck into a cup of tea or Coffee every now and then!

We've got a bottle of Singletons Single Malt from '83 in our liquor cabinet that's worth about 120 quid. My parents were given it 10 years ago or so, and I never realised we had it, is the only reason it's still full. Now I feel bad drinking it, so it's going to get left for a while I think.
