Kay, basically you entered a word and the engine found 4 images with that keyword (using google images or something like that) and translated that into an image with different vibrant colours and contrasts for you.

Anyone know where I can find it? It was pretty epic.

What you're looking for is a "color palette generator"

Google around and see if you can find the specific one you're looking for.

Nah, not quite.

basically, you enter a keyword like 'video'.

It then finds 4 random images of stuff that came as a result of video, say a scene from titanic, a photo of a video player, a picture of blockbusters and a radio, it'd then scramble random elements together and add weird colours to make it look pretty and you'd end up with an epic image.

Can anyone remember the site that you could image search with, and the images would be made up of the search term text over and over in different colours?

Have you seen that they have actually added an option to sort images by color? Sorry, bit random but I was just using GIS... you can click red and it will find images with lots of red in them, ect...

No idea what its for other then helpful in creating mosaics....
