bf2 on xbox

a friend of mine has the new xbox 360 and apparently BF2 is coming out on it.

my question is - im assuming they can play multiplayer with other 360's but will he be able to play online with his xbox, with me on my PC??

i.e. PC's and 360's playing togther online????/

anyone know?!

nope cuz it will not be the same bf2 for the pc .but a new battlefield 2:Modern Combat where snipers have lock on thingy's and supports can heal themselfs and all sorts of new stuff. some are kind of lame and some are cool but no way you guys can play togheter. i know cuz i also have xbox 360.

Different maps as well.. I have Pc and 360 . I will be getting BF2 Modern combat Tuesday when it is released. Hey have you guys seen the site for Modern Combat.. way cool.

Highly doubt it. Microshaft is too in love with themselves to be compatable with any other systems. It would hurt X360 sales if they did that. like if i could play bf2 with my friend from my pc to his 360, y the hell would i go and buy a 360? i woulnd't.

Lets all remember microshaft's golden rule....$$$$$$$

Has anyone played Modern Combat.. it's not the same game.. I am playing the demo until it comes out tuesday..
Graphics are twice as good and the game is a heck of alot smoother.. very intense. Just getting used to the xbox controller.. ug.

FYI for those who dont know it does look just like the trailer when u run it in 1080i. Talk about sensory overload.

you guys are already forgetting that even if the same version of BF2 was released on both the 360 and the PC, they would still have differences within the coding, they wouldn't be the same game and wouldn't be compatible between PC & Console.

i like bf2 for pc more than for the xbox cuz pc is more intense not such small 12 vs 12 battles on big maps but maybe i will buy i still dont know yet cuz i just bought G.R.A.W and that game is VERY good
