If i have the time requirements for a weapon class in both vanilla and SF. Can i play SF and get both badges at the same time?

Yes, you can get vanilla badges in SF. And that's probably the best way to do it, at least as far as the kit badges go (40 kills for one badge + 4 more = 44 kills and another badge).
If gotten a ton of vanilla badges in SF.
