At first I was like: BULLSHIT!!

Then I found that it was real and I jizzed in my pants!

Just imagine how far SSDs will advance with technology like this!

Update: Looks like they're releasing a 16GB Memory Stick Micro (M2) card soon as well!

Yay for good technology being limited to proprietary formats.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. I doubt this will be available anytime soon. There arent even anything near 200GB sony sticks out so no way they would instantly release a 2TB one.

I think give it 4 or 5 years and it should be done.
