God the West is in the fucking stone age compared to Japan and South Korea. I don't buy that bullshit about it being "too expensive" to deploy. If we cut down on excessive spending on other shit (we probably could've afforded to buy only 18 B-2 bombers instead of 21 or whatever it was) we could easily afford it.
