If you got that zune theme on ebay it may be causing some problems.

Can you access your C drive directory through the command prompt, tried accessing it through the explorer? Seems to me the shortcut there has been corrupted.

I had something like this once. A few viruses put an autorun file on all the drives it can, meaning you can't get to it through explore unless you right click > explore. They're typically flagged as hidden, read-only, and system. The one I had even reset the view options so even though you try to enable it, you won't ever actually see hidden files. The following will solve this:

You may have a different bug, so scan for viruses and check your startup config for anything out of place.
