Hi, my friend recently bought a copy of BF2: Delux Edition, and has been having some trouble installing it. He encountered this error message and both him and I are clueless, so i took it to the experts.

Also, this disc has successfully installed on other computers if that makes any difference.

So my buddy followed all of the steps in the second link and started the autorun, and when the files started copying, he ran into the same error. We followed all of the instructions extremely carefully, and we still get the same BS from his computer. What is going on?
