From there he got into philanthropy, and help get passed the "Victim's Bill of Rights" in California. since he had a eye for justice and strong sense of right and wrong.

In June 2008 he was indicated for several charges...

In June 2008 Nicholas was indicted for felony drug, conspiracy, and securities fraud. among the charges against him was he had plans for an " underground sex cave with hidden doors and secret levers, an underground grotto, tunnels and a 2,000-square-foot sports bar he called "Nick's Cafe." as well a shitload of Coke, ecstasy, and hookers of course on his payroll.

Having been forced out of his company and made and having to focus on his up coming legal issues he has been pretty busy but surely he has something planned and will make a comeback because after all he is a god amongst mere mortals. _{and a billionaire}
