I have blisters all over my upper back and shoulders and my back and shoulders and arms are burning and itching constantly. It hurts just to lay down to go to sleep or to put a blanket over my back. Just took two Tylenol capsules, that did nothing.

Paracetamol isnt going to do much try something with ibuprofen, either go to the doctor or a chemist and get some good cream/sprays. Cold towels on your back and what ever you do DONT bust the blisters let them burst.
