Evo's and STi's don't need any exterior modifications they're fine and look great stock, I think anyone who adds body kits or changes the rims on those two cars are idiots but hey it's their car.

I always call rice to the kids with their civics with double deck spoilers, 20" rims, neons, and coffee can exhausts. I mean, it looks like a joke, why not laugh? There's so many things you can do to a car cosmetically that make it look bad. I prefer a clean, sharp looking car to one decorated with junk.

In my opinion, there's only a few subtle changes on the exterior of most cars that actually make them look better. When people try to almost redesign the whole exterior it almost never looks good.
If it rides, I'd go for cosmetics since your can't possibly take advantage of your performance boosts living and driving in Western Europe with its speed limits.
Then again, I'd pick a well maintained Lada over a Ferrari any day.

I dont have an issue with people who cosmetically do up their cars in a neat way for shows or comps etc. What does piss me off, as most people have said, are those douchebags who slap a set of chromes or a massive spoiler on a shit lancer or civic and then drive around like they have the greatest car on the road
