Bear in mind that the 750GB edition is considerably larger than the 320GB, if portability matters.

I have the 650GB version and my PC boots considerably faster than my older 500GB My Book. Before I had to wait 25 seconds before it was recognized, with this one it takes half the time (ofc I didn't wanted to wait so I disabled USB legacy support which made the drive invisible in boot but visible in OS- no loading was required anymore)
